Zillow receives a success fee of 20–40% based on purchase price, applied to a client's first two sales or two years — whichever comes first.
What does The Scofield Group cost per deal?
$300 per sale for roughly ten sales until the $3K annual cap, plus a $195 transaction fee per side and $300/year E&O. No sign-up fee, no monthly fee.
What is the A.I. assistant?
Every agent (and the team's lead ponds) runs the Ylopo digital SMS and voice assistant — it sets searches, verifies phones and emails, and books appointments automatically.
